Paying the Price for Being Sedentary As We Age

In our 20s and 30s most of us take our health for granted, usually burning the candle at both ends and making little time to focus on our bodies. As we get older, that usually doesn’t change or gets worse, especially in a time where we spend most of our days sitting in front of a computer, device, or TV for hours on end.

Studies show that we may pay a very high price as we get older and our muscles weaken as a result of our sedentary lifestyles and lack of exercise.
