Many Goals, 4 Paths
When you sign up for StrongPath, you will travel down one of four Paths to better health: StrongPath Body, StrongPath Heart, StrongPath Muscle, or StrongPath Mind. Each path takes you on a different journey depending on your health needs and goals.
At StrongPath, we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you have heart disease or need to lose weight, manage your diabetes or get stronger, we have got a Path that is right for you.

StrongPath Body
This is the Path geared towards those who want to achieve or maintain a healthy weight. It is also ideal for those who are diabetic or pre-diabetic.
The goal of StrongPath Body is to speed up your metabolism (so you burn fat quicker and more easily) and lower your blood pressure and cholesterol levels. The exercises rely on a combination of endurance and strength training, while the nutrition program is centered around inflammation-fighting, satiating and nutrient-dense foods.

StrongPath Heart
Best for those with a heart condition, such as heart disease or premature heart disease, or for those desiring to improve their endurance (hello future Marathon runners!), StrongPath Heart is designed to help you lower blood pressure, improve blood flow, optimize oxygen delivery to your muscles, and get your heart in tip-top shape.
The exercise training is higher intensity and circuit-based, while the nutrition program focuses on a plant-based, Mediterranean diet.

StrongPath Mind
StrongPath Mind aims to reduce stress and improve cognitive and neuromuscular health (or how the nerves and muscles communicate with one another).
The exercises are functional, meaning they are designed to help you perform everyday activities better. They tend to involve a lot of coordination, balance and complex movements, although you can expect a bit of everything: endurance training, yoga/meditation and strength-training. The nutrition program is focused on stress-fighting foods that improve cognition and reduce inflammation.

StrongPath Muscle
The Path for those who want to gain muscle mass and become stronger. It is also ideal if you struggle with osteoporosis or sarcopenia, or simply want to be able to carry the groceries up several flights of stairs without struggling.
The exercises on StrongPath Muscle primarily involve high-volume strength-training, with the frequency and intensity dependent on your fitness level and needs. The nutrition program emphasizes complex carbs, healthy fats and starchy foods.
